Mould on food… ?

I ordered desert via MR D, from Debonairs SE 4, Vanderbijlpark, and I received a Malva pudding that had mould and smelled like it’s from the dustbin. I went to the store to ask for a refund and was denied. I did not want a replacement because I cannot trust a store that sends its customers moulded food.

This is not my first bad experience. That shop needs serious attention. This is *******!
