most terrible service i ever received

<p>I ordered pizzas at 6:39 received a message confirming my order, 45 mins later i didnt receive my order. i called them asking if there is a delay the lady said no, its on its way to you the deliver left a while, 15 mins later still nothing, called again the manager its its coming to you. i then asked her what happen to your 45 min policy must i still pay for it, her reply was eish sorry yes you have to pay for it. I only received my order at 7:49</p>
