Most horrible experience from Debonairs

<p>Yesterday i placed an order for delivery with debonairs suninghill at 11:45am and spoke to Brian who told me that i will get my delivery within 45min. When i called back at 13:15pm to follow up on how far they were i was told that the deiver had just left the store and was on the way to deliver my pizza and i must give him about 10-15min because they were busy. I called back again at 13:45pm and spoke to Buhle (manager) who told me that they were very busy and only had 2 delivery guys and that my order was still at the store and they were still waiting for one of their drivers to come back and then only will they be bringing my delivery. I was very upset because even the manager was not very helpul and did not even apologise and could only tell me that they only have 2 delivery guys . I had placed an order for 4 real deal pizzas and a cramcrust pizza and my lunch was ruined because of the poor service i received from debonairs.</p>
