Most ********** service I have ever received.

I used to be a return customer at Debonairs however I have noticed that their quality haa dropped lately and haven't made use of them in a while. On 27.07.2018 I decided to give them a chance again and we ordered a meal from them. Worst decision we could make. After an hour of waiting for our order we get a call saying that their card machines have stopped working and we must pay cash. Upon stipulating that the reason we requested for card is due to no cash being physically on hand. Their response "Then you must cancel your order and make a new order then you can pay online." Bearing in mind that we have waiting for an hour already. Upon advising that this is horrible service we get told that an alternate arrangement can be made and the driver is still en route. After waiting another 20 minutes we finally get our order, only to find out that they did not even bring the complete order. And commence waiting again. While we were waiting we were even more disappointed to find out that our pizza did not even have toppings over half of it. While attempting to eat a sad excuse of a pizza we lost our appetite as the quality of the food was near inedible as it was either partially burned or partially raw. After another hour we finally get the item we were missing and lo and behold the card machine was working suddenly. I have to say that this was the worst service I have ever received and in all honesty I would never order from them after this. After giving them this final try I will gladly remove their I information and not even think about their food again.
