Most disgusting Pizza and Service Ever!!!

<p>Good morning,</p> <p>I had the worst experience with Debonairs PIzza at Signet Terrace. Up to now after complaining to the store Manager no one apologized for the disgusting pizza and terrible service.</p> <p>On Saturday night (15th July 2017) I ordered Pizza from Debonairs PIzza at Signet Terrace via the app. I received the pizza about 45-50mins later. I could the pizza from the driver, It took me less than 5 seconds to go into my house from the front gate, However, the red spot was black and all 3 pizzas was ice cold and dry and tasted like dough. The Spicy chicken was the worst.. it had droplets of cheese and hardly chicken or sauce. I was like a dry piece of pizza base with tomato paste.</p> <p>When calling Signet Terrace, I spoke to the receptionist than transfer me to two different people was said they were the manager which wasted my time. Finally, I spoke to someone named Tebogo( The manager), he was no help at all.</p> <p>After explaining my situation 3 times to 3 different people. Until today 2 days later no one apologies for the pizza or the bad service.</p> <p>Tebogo has a nerve of making me a **** of the pizzas. According to him, the pizza was made with 1 cup of large cheese/chicken so it couldn't be true. and the sticker lasts up to 13 seconds from the driver to me. but it was 5 seconds so please explain why the boxes hot but the pizzas were like cupboard and he requested pictures which I sent him via WhatsApp and after 2 hours he wants to send me new pizzas after my visitor lost their appetite and we were so angry at the terrible service. I told him I want a refund or voucher, he sent he will call me back I'm still waiting from Saturday at 21:00 until today</p> <p>This is truly ridiculous to treat customers this way and Signet Terrace needs to go learn the Consumer Protection Act.</p>
