Money wasted on a dry pizza

I ordered a cram decker pizza at the store Debonairs pizza kaalfontein cnr and I waited for almost an hour to get my order. Fine, what's sickening is how dry n burnt I found the pizza when I got home. I feel as if I am eating a cardboard. I am only eating a dry dough with no flavour. I am so devasted to have spent my money on such. Onions are raw, I don't know if the staff was rushing to go home or what, I am sick of this. If there was a way and the store was still open I would go ask for my refund. I CANNOT EAT THIS MXM
