Money taken but no delivery

I ordered food from you guys last night and money was taken from me twice. Now I am trying to get my money back and you are telling me that I will only get my money after 10 days. You rejected my order but still took my money! I am disappointed by the level of service you have given to us and would just like my money back, especially since I had to end up cooking while waiting for nothing. I called you guys this morning, but that was also useless.
