Money not reversed

On the 25th of March 15:07 I ordered pizza at sam ntuli debonairs at 17:00 they called to inform me that the pizza is still about to be prepared I then canceled the order as they took long to prepare they then said they will reverse the money within 5 days still after 5 days the money was not reversed then I call the call center but I still don't get any help I just want my money back that's all
