Money not refunded
I ordered a meal on the app,it was confirmed and they took the money from my account, 10 minutes later I recieved a call stating that ,they can not deliver to the address. They informed me that they would refund the money to my account it has been 8 days but no refund.

09 Sept 2020, 06:15I ordered on the Debonairs app about 9 days ago,after taking money from my account the debonairs Pizza in lambton called to tell me that they do not deliver in my area and would refund in 5 days,I called them to tell them that I haven't been refunded yet. They've sent my proof stating that they have refunded but still no money in my account. They now want to see my bank statements. Is this good customer service?
