Mixed Orders and Bad Customer Service at Debonair Silver Oaks

I am very disappointed with how my complain and how my order was handled by Elizabeth at Debonair Silver Oaks in Pretoria East. Today 05/07/2020 I called Debonair Silver Oaks Pretoria. I order a crammed crusted large pizza half chicken and half something meaty at R169.99 plus 9 small doughnuts amounting to R209 for collection. My husband collected the order and I was shocked on what was inside the box, it was not what I ordered. Instead I received a triple stacker what what. I called again Debonair SilverOaks to clarify my order, the lady at call centre said she first need to listen to the recording and they will get back to me, I wanted to return the pizza with all costs but the lady from call centre asked me where do I live and I said Mamelodi She advise me to give the pizza to my kids since they were hungry and that I live far to drive to Debonairs to return the pizza. She later said Debonairs will compensated me for the wrong order and she sympathises with me since I stayed far and that my kids were hungry. the next call I received was from someone called Elizabeth telling me to return the pizza to Debonair's. I told her what the previous called have advised me and told her to listen to the recording and she said since I gave my hungry kids the pizza Debonair's is no longer responsible for the order. what I received is equal to the order I paid for even if it was not what I wanted... why am I punished 1. for eating what I didn't order 2, pay for something I didn't want and being ill advise by Debonair *********** stuff. I am really disgusted and angry on how my matter was handled. in future I would still like to buy from Debonair since I love their pizzas but with such experience It really left a sour taste in my mouth. Elizabeth was rude as well! I do not take kindly to bad costumer service...
