Missing item or driver stole my item

Debonairs Maponya Mall I placed an order yesterday on the app and I picked the option pay on delivery but my order was missing one item and the order was late and my pizza was cold . The driver said he will bring the item but he didn't come back so I'm guessing the is what you tell your drivers to do or you just don't care about our orders. I'm furious cause I was made an idiot by the delivery driver or he stole my item. So basically I was ****med
