MISLEADING AVERTISING & SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>30/07/2016 - Firstly I went on the Debonairs online site to look at their "specials" and came across: JULY ONLINE ONLY DEAL! BUY ANY 6 STANDARD PIZZAS* FOR ONLY R359.00 & GET ANY 4 SIDES FREE! (if you can't place your order "online" you can call the branch). </p> <p>I then called BRACKENFELL DEBONAIRS who had no clue about the "JULY SPECIAL", the operator kept on rambling about other "SPECIALS" & said the website hasn't been "UPDATED"???</p> <p> </p> <p>According to my knowledge (it's the 30th of JULY 2016), which means the "SPECIAL" is still ON?</p> <p>I then told the operator it's fine, I will contact another branch. I then called DEBONAIRS PIZZA, TYGERVALLEY.</p> <p>Operator named JANINE answered, I then asked her about the JULY SPECIAL, which she also rep**** they don't know about the SPECIAL, so I in turn said this is "FALSE / MISLEADING ADVERTISING". She eventually said she will call the MANAGER, I waited for 15MINS when eventually she came back to the phone and said "oh I am sorry, I forgot" let me go call the MANANGER again.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of my friends then used her mobile phone to call while I was "waiting" for the MANAGER. After 8 calls, her call was answered and she also had to hold for the "MANAGER", she then spoke to a lady named PHIPO (said she makes the Pizza's)???? and she's very tired and hungry, she hasn't eaten since this morning and they short staffed etc and also didn't have a clue about the "JULY SPECIAL".</p> <p>I eventually asked my friend to ask PHIPO to put down the phone on their side, so I could use my landline to phone another restaurant.</p> <p> </p> <p>I know we live in a 3rd World country but this SERVICE is just UPPALLING! </p> <p> </p> <p>Totally disgusted!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
