Misleading

Hi there I called in and placed an order and was asked by the lady on the phone if I wanted a thick or thin base pizza so ordered 2 large thick bases.

When my order arrived it was 2 thin base pizza so I called them to find out what is going on with my order and the manager rep**** that they do not make thick base pizza so my I was furious cause I had my wife's family herefrom PE and they wanted the thick base . I feel it was not right getting false in formation it cost me to go all the way to the bluff to ROMANS PIZZA to buy 2 large thick base pizza I felt so imbarrest such a big company don't no what they doing when it comes to customer service .I now cause I work for a company that relies on customers Transnet Thank you
