Metal Object ( *****) INSIDE a Slice of Pizza

I order a small triple deck pizza through Mr D at Deboniars Kariega ( Uitenhage) Market Street and I found a metal object inside the Pizza as I was biting the slice. I dont understand how reckless this place can be. This could have killed me, but then again you dont care to check your pizzas before you package them and send out to customers to consume.
