Messed up service False advertising and ridiculous refund waiting time

I placed an order with Debonairs Pizza calton centre on the app they said they could deliver on the app after the money was taken off my account like 20 minutes of waiting a lady called me and told me she can't deliver my pizzas they will refund my money I spent over R380 at this store only to be told my money will be refunded in 6 to 7 business working days this is so unfair I wanted to treat my children to a good meal and got a slap in the face in return it is Christmas on Wednesday and now I don't even have my money back I think you guys suck you false advertise I am a regular customer and this is what I get in return I want my money the same way it was taken off my account so fast is the same way you need to refund me my money
