Messed up service Debonairs Pizza Namakgale

Debonairs Pizza Namakgale Complex (EPhalaborwa) serves the best incompetency meal. The manager Buhle and the alleged owner Zinhle run the place like a back door tuckshop. I went there to place an order of R200 for delivery (less than 500m) & they told me to pay a delivery fee of R20 & I refused bcos it's a local delivery. Buhle left me unattended for almost 30mins then returns & says I must speak to someone over the phone. When I ask her who will I be talking she gives me attitude. I spoke to the so called owner Zinhle who said their system is flawed yet I must pay for the delivery with no exceptions whether notice was given or not of these extra charges...Debonairs Pizza Namakgale doesn't value customer service & the stuff is extremely rude... Things need to change
