I ordered two triple decker chicken pizzas at Rock Cottage via the debonaires app on the 02 July 2025, after over 3 hours of waiting the order showed delivered but it was not delivered. Called the store and they said their bike broke down on its way to me, then the question is why show delivered and take my money. No communication done until I called them. After back and forth with them and national customer care, to this day I have not received my money back.
