Mediocre service

My name is Nokwanda Sibobi I'm so unhappy with the service from Meadopoint Debonairs that they think is the best. I ordered food on 25 August 2023 at 18h48 I first call and I spoke to a guy whom he was very rude on the phone as if he was drunk I even told him I dnt want to talk you I want to speak to someone else he decided to hang up. I thought let me not call back and order online because I ordered on the same store I waited and waited and I received a call at around 19h40 some guy said they are very busy he will do my order as delivered and he's on the way coming to deliver then I waited again till at 20h40 I left to get other options to find food. Their service is poor. Am so unhappy 😡😡😡😡 they do not priorities their clients I won't suggest people to go buy there if it's not routine food it's their bad service.
