Never in my life have I ever been so disgusted by the appalling service by Debonairs Pizza in my life. I placed an order online for delivery and all goes well. Money went off my account. I go take a bath and when I come back I get a message saying "Debonairs Pizza:Hi Elvis , sorry but we couldn't receive your order at our store. A payment refund has been submitted. Call the store on ***." Then shortly afterwards I get a message saying a refund will be processed and may take up to 5 business days. Have I just been ****med or what? Why should I wait for 5 business days for my money when you guys are the ones that cancelled the order on me? This is unacceptable and the highest level of ***** and incompetence at most obnoxious degree. Why do you bother taking orders when you know you can't deliver? I want my money back in my account NOW!
