Meat pizza given to a funeral house

Worst experience ever.my cousin past away and the funeral was today,we got back late from dropping her ashes of,we decided to order veg pizzas,instead we were given chicken,we are all vegetarian's and do not allow meat in our house.i call the branch and ask to speak to the manager expecting her to know she messed up and correct it,instead I get told sorry we don't have a driver and we can only deliver your pizza tomorrow.we then had to go back to pick up our pizza only to find 3 delivery bikes and a delivery car all outside,instead of correcting their mistake the decided it wasn't worth their effort.if we were Muslim and we got pork it would mean the same. Really sad that a world wide franchise treats customers in this manner.i expect to hear some feedback on this matter or I will be taking it up further.if staff cannot be trained to handle a problem when they cause it they should not be working there. Again chicken pizza to a funeral house. Very disappointing something better be done about this
