Maponya the pits

I ordered a pizza today at Debonairs Maponya Mall adn was met with the most rude peopel who never even bothered to call me back after I prdered online. I was told i live too far and I should come to the nearest police station to colletc my order, then why do I pay for delivery. I called back and infromed them this was not the case when I placed my order last week and just a couple of days back I saw another driver deliver pizza not so far from our place. I am not sure what is happening at Debonairs but after 10 attempts of calling customer service and then being told by the driver to come meet him at BP whilst I am working and having my kid with me I don't know why we will make online orders for delivery when we are asked to meet the driver somewhere that is not even close to where I stay. I am really disappointed at the service after 3 hours, still no feedback and still no pizza, dankie Debonairs for the perfect service. Last week there was no cream cheese on the double stack pizza but ai how long will we get bad service and just accept it, guess we not worth your calls.
