Manager puts phone down in my ear
After i waited 80 minutes for my pizza, i phone the manager to complain and then she has the nerve to drop the phone in my ear. She does not apologise or anything. She tells the staff that im rude and shouting and she wont speak to me.<br> <br> I want to hear from an area manager by Tuesday else i am going yo the media with this. I have never been so disrespected by a manager before. She is NO example to any of her staff. Her staff is in fact, better at customer care than she could ever be.
