MANAGER PUT FONE DOWN INEAR AFTER ME EXPLAINING

I called before 8pm for pizza delivery and know it takes about an hour for delivery. I after 1hr and min to ask what is happening they said driver left. I called after another half hour and Anthea the manager rep**** he will be at my place shortly. I called again after delivery guy called me and he said he be at my house in a minute but when I called him after 15 min. he still not at my house. I called Anthea again and she said she reported to her area manager but I am still waiting. 2 hrs now and I spend bout R50 on calls for my food to Debonaires and to the delivery guy. I called again to the manager ANTHEA with me being told Anthea left and told me to hang on for the new manager. She said I call you back and I asked why what's the problem and she threw the telephone in my face. Told Anthea not the 1st time this happening to me but I was patient. NEVER again will I support or DEBONAIRS be part of my family meals..... my family have pizza every Friday but no ways so we will support Panaroti even if we have to get it ourselves.... PATHETIC SERVICE
