Manager has bad attitude, not willing to help or meet customers half way (when the customer is actually right?)

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at ANY restaurant. Why do stores make people who do not know the back end of basic business, website details and specials, or do not know how to handle customer complaints?

Basically, ordered a pizza online. The first thing that came up on the website dashboard was x3 standard pizzas, with a coke for R202.00. Now firstly, I am not a regular pizza buyer. Do I know the size of pizzas, no. Do I expect to be clearly laid out on the website, definitely.

The driver bought me (what I was expecting) x3 SMALL pizzas. Really? Why would anyone order x3 pizzas for R202.00?? IF This was clearly stated on the special then I wouldn't be kicking up a fuss. All the other options BUT the specials ask you before hand what size pizza would you like. This special did not have any size indications.

Calling the store asking if they could assist, paying the difference for the error which is not my fault, and making sure that they understand I don't want anything for free, was an utter slap in my face. Manager Biacata couldn't assist, said that it was my mistake for not reading the website, threw it in my face that this was my fault?

Wow. What customer service.

Thanks for the three small pizzas, I'm better off with Dominos. You won't ever see me again.
