Manager disgrace

I am appalled by the service I am receiving at Debonairs Dobsonville, after having to wait for an hour, I called the store to follow up on my order which i was transferred to a manager who did not even bother to take my call or even have the decency of telling me what the hold up with my order is. You really need to up your game, treat customers with respect.
