Manager Asiphe shouting and banging my call . Pizza cold. Wrong pizza delivered. It was not hot.

Call for pizza at Umngeni debonairs and I received a horable service. My first time a mananger shout at me and cut a call. I ordered and told it will take 60 minites but it took 1:45 , wrong order, cold I call again and told the mananger Asiphe will call but he didn't. I have call 5 times, the other time I spoke to call centre staff and advise to eat the pizza then wait for correct order. Ordered at about 7:00 pm but still now waiting for my order.
