Man up!!

Sadly I placed an online order last night for the double large pizza deal. Order was placed before 20:00. after waiting more than a 45 min I started phoning customer service... who transfered me to Zevenwaght. Waited and waited... I am still waiting and its the following morning.

My family and i went to bed starving... waiting on pizza that never came. After phoning twice this morning. Zevenwaght manager Gerard phoned me back... with allot of excuses... but do not man up... you can't blame your employees when you are the one managing them eish.

I want more than just a refund.
