Mamms Mall Pizza delivery left me emotionally hurt and drained. Delivery guy getting aggressive for delivering late

I ordered Pizza at Mamms Mall online at 17h51. I received confirmation immediately.The driver called me at 19h00 and told me he got stuck and he will get here. He got at my place at 19h14 with cold pizzas, dots were black, the pizzas were smashed.

Then guess what, he cannot tell which pizzas were mine and what not. I told him he better leave with the pizzas as I no longer want them because of how long it took, the fact that the pizzas were cold,pizzas were smashed , he was touching the pizzas with his hands because he did not pack them properly and were falling out of the boxes and his rude attitude cause he started being aggresive. His name is Vusi. Terrible terrible terrible. I am drained,I will never order from DEBONAIRS AGAIN. Hell of a company.

I want my refund,otherwise I will take you to court. I cannot spend almost R400 for unpleasant experience. Don't come with stories,refund my money or face litigations.
