Mall at Lebo, Debonairs pizza is the PITS. 😤🥴😑

This is not my first time encountering problems with an online order, i ordered online and paid for my order online. 2hours later I still haven't received my order. I tried calling the store and the call center for assistance but failed miserably. My son wouldn't eat anything knowing he was going to get pizza, but to mine and his disappointment the pizza just never came and I paid for it. I am extremely furious and highly disappointed in such low quality service, I only got a call from the call centre agent 2hrs after I have been failing to get assistance with my paid order I am still waiting for my refund even now. I demand better service and a complimentary pizza delivered to my son for free just to compensate for my inconveniences, this is so unprofessional WHY ACCEPT THE ORDER IF YOU KNOW YOU WON'T PROCESS MY ORDER!?.
