Making a customer wait longer on purpose
I was told that the pizza will take 10 minutes to prepare and it took 25 minutes. I asked Priscillar (as seen on the name tag) if they had a real deal triple decker in the Express Pizza oven and she said yes. I then asked her if she could give it to me and she said I'll have to wait. I told her \but you said you have it"and she said \""a triple decker is a normal order and you'll have to WAIT\"" (I guess she didn't understand what I was asking). Orders came and she called my order with a different number once"
