Make The Customer To Blame.

We call oakdene branch for 3 pizzas & a 2l sprite, the driver arrives with pizzas & a coke, keeps telling me its my fault, on the slip shows coke, then i show him under special instrutions it shows sprite, we must call the shop back to get another driver to come change, he just gets on the bike & gone, leaves it to us to sort out his problem. Then we phone them up just to hear they dont know whos fault it was, they dont have sprite. They dont seem to hear anything right over the phone or they just dont care.
