Lying managers, poor service and no ethics.

I ordered 2 x Pizza online of which one had specific instructions of no mushrooms. The order was placed at 19:42 and after one hour the tracker still showed it had not left the store. 20:45, I contact the Newton Park store where the manager says the order was made and only waiting for a driver and I can expect delivery in another 30 to 45 minutes. So basically 1 hour 45 minutes for a delivery rather pathetic. After a further 30 minutes the delivery arrived without any apology whatsoever, not surprised. I get inside and guess what, that's right mushrooms everywhere. My order had specific instructions. I contact the store again and speak to another manager who just makes excuses, no apology for their ***** up. The manager goes onto say my order was only made after I complained which is why there were mushrooms and it was butchered by a lawnmower. So basically one of the managers were lying, all this is recorded should you want proof. I requested a refund after being told a new pizza Wil take 45 minutes. The manager said refund takes 3 working days and she will phone me when the action it this evening. It is now 22:26 and still no phone call, talk about pathetic, lying managers giving pathetic service. I expect a refund as promised and these lying managers to be dealt with appropriately.
