Lousy manager & service at Southgate branch

On Friday 1st April 2016, my older brother decided to take us out for a pizza night at the Southgate Debonairs branch. We ordered our meal at 18:58 and only received it at 20:10 not only was the service TERRIBLE, but our pizza was half done the flour on the dough was very visible, the pizza size wasn't large but STANDARD, & as for the onion pieces which weren't cut to the right size! The guy handing out the orders was doing his own thing & chatted with his buddy...I was highly disappointed at the service and the quality of our pizza, not as if that was better on April 4th I got a missed call from the store manager, hardly answered to my texts until the 8th of April at 12:02 saying he'll attend to my matter after prayer, didn't hear from him until the 12 claiming he would contact me the following morning, till this very day 19 APRIL 2016 [A WEEK LATER] he has not made any contact with me, I am utterly disgusted by his attitude towards this matter !!!
