Lorraine Gardens Worst Service and Pizza in PE

Lorraine Gardens - worst pizza and service I submitted a complaint twice on website and eventually called customer complaints. Pizza was over an hour late and cold and rubbery. Manager of store advised me if I am hot happy with the Pizza I must bring it back myself to get a refund, bearing in mind this was the 24 December. Manager phoned back after the complaint just to say oops sorry, no replacement nothing. R165 for 1 pizza down the drain, will never order there again, worst Pizza in PE
