Looong wait for order

Debonairs pizza Phillip nel park gave me the baddest service ever today. I orderd a pizza at 18:23 and only received my order at 20:50 after a follow up. The lady i spoke to who is said to be the manager didn’t see anything wrong with me waiting that long
