Longest wait for a Pizza
On the 6th December 2015 I was in Canal Walk and I called Debonairs pizza in Canal Walk to order a Pizza for collection and I was told the pizza will be ready in 10 minutes, but when I got there I was told to wait 5 minutes for my Pizza which I didn't mind but 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes, when I enquired the 2nd time my Pizza had not even been made yet and the cashier was very rude and gave me attitude. People that came after me left me there. What's frustrating the most is that I wasted my airtime ordering a Pizza to save time but NO my time was wasted further by waiting something close to 40 minutes for a Pizza that I ordered prior arrival at debonairs. This is bad service and it's not acceptable, my family had to wait 40 minutes for their supper, my kids were looking forward to the pizza but when I arrived with it they had already bought something else that means that I also wasted my money.
