Long waiting for orders, worse taste on pizza and chewing a piece of box on my food

I bought pizza 2 large bases at Debonairs maponya mall on the 26th October order nr 269. It was month end though it was full taking orders wasn't a problem but once orders are ready they don't numbers out. The waiting time is unacceptable and what frustrated me more was after buying pizza for my son's birthday I chewed something hard and on spitting it it looked like a piece of box. Disapointed as I was now I had to check if my kids food was OK. Why ??? What happened to serving decent food I feel like debonair service quality even the taste of that pizza was horrible!! If you can't serve the quality we trust give other franchises that will give good service a chance. I want to know why I found myself chewing a box after waiting for so long. Cell nr ***
