Long waiting and no feedback

At exactly 14:23 i called to place an order which they said it will be ready and they took my details. So I did wait for the delivery. At 16:09 I called to ask if my pizza is ready the lady said all orders are out it should be delivered in the next 30Min. I waited for an hour and called again but the lady said they have two drivers and the pizza is on its way. I asked to have numbers of the drivers and she said she is looking for them so I waited. She said she will call me not to waste my airtime. Even I am still waiting. Fun by when I am in Midrand it takes less than 30min now that I am in the township this is the bad experience I get. Only if I was not serious I would not make follow ups. Such a bad service. Month end must not be customers problem.
