Long wait for collection despite paying before hand.

Ordered online and paid from the Philip Nel Store in Pretoria, arrived there 30 minutes to collect my order and was told to waot 15 to 20 minutes, it eventually ended up being another 30+ minutes i had to wait.Dont know whats the use of ordering online if i have to still wait for the order when i pitch for collection.
