Long hours waiting for delivery

I'm a student at TUT main campus and almost every time i order at debonairs bp pretoria west I have to wait almost over 2 hrs like today I did not even receive my delivery. If debonairs has to many orders that day rather don't take anymore if you can't handle them, to give customers a chance to use other restaurants services that they will actually receive there food. Now it's to late to order food from other restaurants as I have been waiting and when you complain the only thing said is sorry just make another order but the mistake is never fixed.
