Lockdown order

Good day , yesterday I placed an order online , only to be told that y'all are closed and are only opening today . I don't understand why money was deducted in my account where as y'all are close . Please explain to me what is going to happen , cause when I called trade route mall . I was told I'd get my refund today , but surprisingly when I call I get sent from pillar to post . I honestly don't understand why money was deducted from the account knowing that the store was closed . Please assist with this matter Either deliver the food or send me back my money
