Lock down debonairs online order pathetic

I'm really not happy with debonair online service during lock down... I've order 16:49 and by 19:00 the evening I still haven't received my order... So I called the call center the lady said they are short on staff and that I must wait and I will receive my order... I still paid online for the order... 20:00 I drove to debonairs the shop was closed and the workers told me that they didn't take any online order from 17:00 this is really pathetic don't take orders if u know u can't handle it... I want my money back
