Livid and disgruntled

My goodness I've never been so angry in my life and its because of the worst service I've experience from Debonairs Southgate. I ordered a pizza at 18h22 via online and the delivery guy only called at 21h20 saying hes got our pizza after I've made over 20 calls to them. I called him back as he said he was getting lost I spent over 45minutes with him trying to direct him. The nerve of this guy, very rude and I doubt anyone one there knows the meaning of good customer experience. Am writing this now at 4h23 and have not received my pizza as this ***** turned back with our pizza. I was not at home and I advised the store that the kids are home and am livid as I had to drive from the midvaal at night just to get them something to eat. I cant believe that ordering this pizza cost us so much, unhappy and hungry kids, a livid me, cellphone cost,petrol from the midvaal and my unsafety. If I could I wouldnt even give the one star on the rating as the service I experienced it worst and will take forever to forget. N******x
