Lies, deceit and no response

<p>case number 279364</p> <p> </p> <p>On Thursday, 25 May 2017, I placed an order with the Norwood branch at around 7:13pm. At 8pm, I called to find out where my order was. Andile said that it was with the driver for delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 8:20pm, I called back as I had still not received the order. Whilst holding on the phone while the manager, Justin, investigated, the order could not be located. I was promised a call back within 10 minutes. Justin called back and advised that the driver had an accident. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE!</p> <p> </p> <p>He continued to lie even after I told him I would require the police case number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complained with the Debonairs Customer Care line that evening. On Friday, Ronnie called back to apologise. I told him that I do not accept his apology and demand a refund of the pizza cost. This is because this had hapoened at least twice previously and I advised Ronnie that I would demand a refund if it happened again, which it did.</p> <p> </p> <p>He advised that he would call back in 5 minutes which he did not! I advised the Debonairs Facebook page, which promised feedback. To date, I have received no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manner in which I have been treated is nothing but disgusting. I paid for pizza that was almost 2 hours late and was half cooked. I was **** to and received a half-hearted apology.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic!</p>
