Lies and orders that never reach clients

On 19 February 2020 at 18h00 I ordered pizza at debonairs Thorntree branch. I then called at around 19h00 to which I was told that my order was available to be picked up.

At this moment I am still waiting and disappointed in their service.

Further note that I called their call center and was promised feedback, however, such feedback never came through. Besides I was sent an email on 21 February 2020 in view of them responding to the query however, they ****
