****'s behind the counter

<p>I ordered my pizza at 9:15am and I was told that the store wasn't open yet but its clearly stated that working hours are from 9am-8pm...nevertheless I placed my order nd was told that it would be the first delivery they made...but I ended up having to wait 2hours and I ended up calling them to check my order nd was told that the delivery guy left with my order already...so I waited for another hour and a half nd called them back only to be told that there are no drivers available to bring my order as there was only one who was currently in belair...I could not understand why would a delivery man working for Cosmo city be all the way in belair...I was told that when he gets back he would bring my pizza, which took another hour for him to bring...by the time he eventually got to me my pizza was cold nd dry....the customer service at this store is outrageous! The cashier's are rude,they don't answers the phones when you call,and they lie to you as well...I'm so disappointed with this store honestly something needs to be done to improve the customer service...I want to feel value for my money</p>
