Lazy staff with Stinking Attitude & Lies

<p>On Tuesday, the 28th at about 7:20pm, I placed an online order with the Randpark Ridge Eagles Landing store. They immediately called to let me know that they have received my order, But the problem is that it will be delayed by an hour, due to their driver having been involved in an accident.</p> <p>Because I've realised that this is ALWAYS their excuse, I told the guy on the phone to not lie, everytime I place an order their driver was in an accident, he insisted on his reason for the delay then i said Its fine, see you after an hour. An hour went past, then he calls again, Now to confirm my order, so my pizza could be prepared. Really? After an hour? That pizza still has to go into the oven?</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to the manager, and told her Im cancelling my order, coz they are so unprofessional and even full of excuses whenever they need to deliver. This branch needs to be improved with better staff who are willing to work, not the current lazy individuals.</p>
