Later order and cold

On the 4 September I have ordered a pizza and requested to be delivered..fron 10 am and the only the pizza arrived at 13:00 ..i called them since 11 am and was told it's on its way ...whn delivery came the driver told me that they just done it 20 mins ago ..which is around 12:30... I have used almost R100 of my airtime ..such a poor service
