Late pizza cold horrible

Hi I orderd a pizza from Grassy park store last night only to receive my order at 11pm the night now how was this possible the sticker was also slightly broken before I could take a picture my son opened it because they were hungry I received these pizzas cold from the store closed at 9pm the pizza got to me at 10:40pm the night do you think that is fair ? The manager called me saying I need to collect i told her I can not she them said she would see what she can do she didnt even call me back to let me know then I went to sleep because I thought it would be refunded instead the driver wakes me up ill add screenshot now. This happened on the 22december I put the complaint on their website they didnt call nothing im disturbed I order from them even though their pizzas have so little food on it I'm not happy at all.
