Late order and cold with the box not in good shape

I ordered a pizza at Mayibuye around 16h05 and my ordered kept on changing time of delivery. I couldn't even make a follow-up since the app chat was not working and my order arrived at 17h51, cold and was expected when I saw the box.

I understand that it is month end but why not being open to the client on the condition?
